School Resumption In Momo County: Parents disown Government and her agents.

Like I said during my live show yesterday, in the cosmopolitan cities, we get to see some liberalism with few schools open which by itself are still ineffective. Majority of schools in these cosmopolitan cities remained shut down. In the villages, communities and interior where conservatism still reigns, where bonafide Southern Cameroonians still reigns who have not been intoxicated with foreigners are still very resolute, schools shut down is superb.

Today morning in Bamenda, a BaretaNews correspondent listening to a special program in RADIO HOT COCOA BAMENDA called FRANK TALK gave the statistics for this two weeks of school resumption. The journalists revealed that in Momo County, out of the supposed 43,OOO students population from both secondary and primary levels for both government and private institutions, only 130 students have been noted for schooling. The journalists were shocked that despite government moves, parents are still resolute following the instructions of the governing council.

It is therefore true to state that these statistics reflect the situation in the entire Southern Cameroons. Like I said yesterday during my live show, we do not expect a hundred percent shut down. We are seeing a growing number of Francophones disrespecting the call in our land while noting some “Anglophones” are doing same. However, even with those schools opening ( both mission, private and government), there is a glaring low turn out when we compare with previous years. This is to inform our people to keep the flame burning, continue to keep students home and observe ghost towns. Schools shall effectively resume once the governing council gives a go and most importantly when all must have been released and genuine dialogue called.

Let us not forget to prepare for the biggest march on Friday 22nd September village by village, city by city, community by community, country by country until homeland is free.

  1. I am so proud of you all. We Ambazonians are sacrificing so much. Nevertheless we are bold enough to withstand all the high tides. We shall be free.
