The Colonial Chief Justice of the Northern Zone Court of Appeal Reinforces Ambazonia ‘s call for Total Shutdown of Colonial Courts in Southern Cameroons

Baratanews has been following events at the judiciary on Ground Zero and has been briefed that the colonial Chief Justice of the North West Court of Appeal :Justice Nyajro Povi Anne has instructed the staff of all the High Courts within the Northern Zone with the exception of Mezam County to immediately stop functioning and /or suspend their activities for an indefinite period.

This comes at the heels of a question and answer session at the Colonial Senate in Yaounde wherein Senator Kemende Henry Gamsey of the embattled SDF sought to know from the colonial Minister of Justice whether the latter was aware that all the *Divisional High Courts of the North West Region * had converged in Bamenda and were selling justice to the highest bidder.

One would have expected the colonial chief justice in the circumstances to streamline action aimed at ensuring that the courts function properly. On the contrary the chief justice in a rather strange and unprecedented move,decided to orally suspend the functioning of the courts.

Persons in dire need of colonial documents such as Declaratory judgments ,certificates of non conviction and nationality have been unable to obtain same from the said Courts.

At a time that the colonial government services in Ambazonia have seen a massive hit following orders from ambazonian Restoration Forces, one can only conclude that the chief justice has helped in ensuring a complete shutdown. She therefore stands in solidarity with Ambazonia.We can’t do no more than thank her. Ambazonia must be free. Victory is near.
