French Cameroun Government Hires Yet Another U.S-based Lobby Firm

The dying colonial regime of French Cameroun has hired yet another American lobby firm known as Glover Park Group. According to Odwyerpr – a PR and Marketing Communication site, Glover Park Group has a $600,000 -plus contract to represent the rogue regime, by providing it with advise on ties with the United States and relevant institutions.

It is said to be a one-year contract that went into effect on September 1, 2018. According to the agreement, either party upon receipt of 30 days’ notice may terminate the contract. However, If the termination occurs before Feb. 28, French Cameroun’s embassy will pay the Law firm all monthly fees and expenses through Feb. 28.

This is the third U.S lobby firm the colonial regime is engaging to assist it launder it image before the US. government and relevant institutions. Just recently, (August 1, 2018), the Law firm known as Mercury, was brought on by the regime for media and lobbying support.

The 12 months contract was at a cost of $100,000 per month, along with a one-time $5,000 fee for legal and filing costs to provide lobbying and media relations support.

On July 1, 2018, the regime had renewed its long-time contract with Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP (“SPB”) – still another U.S Law firm, after their first contract expired in December, 2017. The contract which was put at $100,000 quarterly, will expire on June 31, 2019.

It is unfortunate that the dying regime cannot see the clear hand on the wall. Biya and his political gang still believe in the philosophy of; money can change everything and have decided to render the colonial state bankrupt, by continuously spending hundreds of thousands of United States dollars in engaging the services of lobby firms to launder an already expired system.

But the signs of a political collapse are very clear now. It wouldn’t be long from now and the regime will reap what it has sowed in the past 36years.
