■■■THE BATTERY OF VICTORY■■■
The enemy is desperate to declare victory in whatever form & size. They need it as battery for their political initiatives and to electrify the false hope in their colonial offensives. Any little victory corresponds to territorial control which translates to motivation and is been used for the enhancement of the much desired convincing power, in a material form. The Enemy has the obligation to show & proof to her creditors & stakeholders that constant gain and progress is been made to solidify & crystallize her hold over the entire territory. Therefore her strategy begs for our mistakes so that opportunity will open up for delivery on the time rated political promises. There…
#Don’t point the Enemy’s arsenal to the location of your stronghold; don’t show any hide-out, building or known structures & geography features as your Base. Even if infact it’s not your true Base, once it’s captured or taken over, the political gains remain thesame.
#Don’t name the areas under your control in whatever sphere with a designated headquarter; Enemy forces need victory to breed upon no matter how small. They will be forced to brace any danger just to give politics the power it demands.
# Don’t name or identify a leading group commander. The capture of any such person will be a political trophy for the Expansionist Regime. Capital or resources will be invested to this outcome.
# Destroy local Authority. This is the foundation of their bragging rights & acclaimed legitimacy. No one show be left to exercise rulership if it’s done for political appraisals in any community.
# Awards & Rewards. The French have only two diplomatic strategies; Reward themselves with attention by granting awards to renowned & relevant & elevated figures. And secondly, chasing the media lights on issues that captures global attention. Therefore, anyone of southern Cameroons origin given awards however civil must be neutralized.
# The abducted leadership will be given public appearance soon. They’re to be treated to domestic political spectacles in a way that demonstrates compromise. They want to be able to make them appear in their individual name and identity on trial, but if this proves unsustainable then they will be prevailed upon by foreign mediators in disguise for political settlement. The vigilant here, is for every fighter to cure themselves of emotional outbursts before the first encounter is made public, perhaps by a foreign envoy.
# Because the Enemy is being engaged in multiple fronts it has helped the restoration forces to evolve in their positions and reduce the strength & speed of Enemy attacking units. Do not wonder too far beyond your current corridors of defense. Avoid getting pushed by an imaginary race or first to get to Buea. Build on your defenses & make measured offensives.
# You may project a name & highlight a place when luring enemy forces for ambush or as a fake appearance etc but with an eventual capture, the victory will yield same political gains.
# There are circumstances when giving the public a heroic and elusive name would be crucial to enchant the masses with the doctrine of invincibility and hope. For anyone to attempt this, at the home front, he must have studied & conquered the elements of power & forces of adaptation.
When is it ideal & necessary to establish & declare the formation of a stronghold or headquarter?
When show a commander or leader of ay of the restoration forces project his identity?
When & how should the offensive aimed or geared toward the capture of Buea be initiated?
