CHRDA Reports
As part of the mandate of CHRDA to enhance the promotion, protection and respect for human rights, rule of law, and democratic principles and to seek for a peaceful solution to the crisis affecting Anglophone Cameroon, the Founder of CHRDA had a meeting with Günter Nooke; Personal Representative of the German Chancellor for Africa and BMZ Commissioner for Africa.
The Meeting which took place in Berlin also had the participation of Dr Simon Koppers; Head of Central Africa Division of the German Federal Ministry of Economy Cooperation and Development and also Dr Gilbert Lewonf.
The focus of the meeting was to proffer recommendations and to find solutions to the crisis. The meeting also addressed the human rights and humanitarian situation in both regions.
It should be noted that Mr. Günter was previously the Federal Government Commissioner for Human Rights policy and Humanitarian Aid at the Federal Foreign Office.
