Decolonization of Southern Cameroons

The UN Deputy Secretary General Amina Mohammed’s emergency meeting on the arrest of the Interim President of the Federal Republic of Ambazonia, Sisiku Ayuk Tabe and 9 of his top aides in Nigeria showed Abuja “the world is watching” its actions.

Madam Amina Mohammed reportedly called the meeting during her recent trip to Nigeria after acknowledging that the UN was following closely the developments in Anglophone Cameroon. Nigerian President Buhari and members of his administration had privately praised the anti-Ambazonian action carried out by the DSS and had also settled down for an extradition.

But the UN and the African Bar Association and some other interested parties said Africa’s most powerful nation had no business weighing in on the crisis in Southern Cameroons. The leadership of the African Bar Association based in Lagos, Nigeria was quoted as saying that the Nigerian government should applaud the courage of Sisiku Ayuk Tabe and the Interim Government of the Federal Republic of Ambazonia and amplify their message portraying their struggle for self determination as a human rights issue that is spilling slowly but surely over into the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Nigerian elected representatives have complained openly that the Buhari administration was dragging a nation focused on domestic security issues into what they called a foreign matter. Nigerian foreign missions in several other countries have expressed reservations about whether it was right to detain the Ambazonian leaders.

Nigeria is aware that the UN charter empowers the Security Council to “investigate any dispute, or any situation which might lead to international friction,” and the lawyer representing the Ambazonian Interim Government is not alone in thinking the Abuja arrest qualified.

Our West Africa Bureau Chief, Kingsley Betek who contributed to this report said the Buhari administration says it is their responsibility … to assess whether the presence of the Interim Government leaders on Nigerian soil could become a threat to Abuja’s peace and security.

The UN boss was given assurances that Nigeria was designing a preventive measure to avoid further escalation of violence in Southern Cameroons. Abuja is expected to publicly call on the Francophone dominated government in Yaoundé to set up a process to address any serious human rights violations and hold accountable anyone involved.

At least 755 people have been killed and hundreds arrested amid the anti- French Cameroun government protests and unrest. Up to 42,000 people have fled to Nigeria, according to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. The outspoken governor of Cross River State has urged the Nigerian Federal Government to react carefully with all the vigilance required. A legal auditioning of the leaders is expected to begin soon.

  1. UN, AU, Framce and UNITED KINGDOM keep watching and salivating biya’s killings of Ambasonians.

At least 755 Ambasonians have been killed and hundreds arrested by La republique du Caneroun amid the anti- French Cameroun government protests and unrest. Up to 42,000 Ambasonians have fled to Nigeria, according to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. Does it has to take these number of Ambasonian citizens to be killed, imprisoned and exiled from Ambasonia for the UN, AU, France and UNITED KINGDOM to come to our rescue?

This is a very sad day in Ambasonia to see the world stand by while biya and his thugs continue the genocide. Our leaders have been locked up with any recourse any defense in Nigeria. Amina Mohammed (SG UN) is still saying today that the UN and the world are watching what becomes of our leaders in the Nigerian cell. They may be killed – while Mrs. Amina Mohammed is Watching. They may be extradited to cameroun be executed by biya – while Mrs. Amina Mohammed is Watching. They may never see the light of day again – while Mrs. Amina Mohammed is watching!

There is very sad news from Amina Mohammed. Ambasonians need to know today that they are on their own as far as biya continues to wage war to destroy them in thier own country: Amnbaland. biya declared war on Ambasonia two months ago and the UN SG, Amina Mohammed is still watching the outcome? Keep watching Amina Mohammed, the UN and the world. We will continue to fight while you watch: it is better to die Ambasonian than to continue living in slavery!

  2. France and the UN thinks by allowing this terror on us, they will be able
to use us as example to teach other Africans not to disobey them, their
colonial orders and their colonial slave boys, thus forces us African
just as during colonization to submit to their commands like slaves.

We are in the 21st century and the human brain functions totally in the opposite.
In the world of today and tomorrow, humans are going to do what ever they want.
I can’t imagine a future with the UN, even for this present time, it has no place.
It has made it self worthless.

After all the evil we have been through, we really don’t care at all anymore and
that is what they are still to realize. Death, suffering, respecting God or
nor respecting God means nothing for life on rock called earth anymore.

Our obedience to the almighty God has nothing to do with anything on this planet
called earth for the devil wants to turn this planet into his toilet.

We are going to suffer, die, fight, but we will never bow down to man, the devil,
evil, barbarism or the savagery of man, and we shall prevail for our almighty God
is an ever living God. Nothing, No one, scares us Ambazonians.

We Africans were enslaved and we came out of it,
We were colonized and we came out of it,
We are been oppressed and abused, and we shall come out of it,

It’s not because we are super humans, but simply because it’s the will of our
almighty Creator to whom only we bow down.

Long live The Federal Republic of Ambazonia.

  3. Concerning the negotiations between IG and LRC: pure assumptions and speculations by Agbaw-Ebai. A good journalist shouldn’t do that. And it prevents thousands of Ambazonians having sleepless nights. A luta continua.

  4. “FREEDOM IS NOT FREE UNTIL FREEDOM FREE FREEDOM”If my lecturers are executed for fighting for freedom, then Nigeria under the leadership of a disguised democrat, has proven to the world at large that a general remains a dictator.I wish to urge all Ambasonians to mobilize and prove to the world that freedom has never come on the plater of gold .Americans faught tirelessly sometimes in 1777?1778 to become what they are today. They were supported by those who faught in support of Britain during the the seven year war. That was a clear message that every nation has the right to fight for self restoration. If Engineer kimeng and doctor Awasum including those i do not know, are not released,it means that i will personally finish what young Napoleon Bonaparte left uncompleted at the battle of waterloo.kingsley.

  5. Respect is never demanded, it is earned. The trajectory of this struggle so far shows that our steadfastness should stay the course. The UN or the french leeches and the swiss chameleon whether they like it or not, they will sooner than later come to the realization that things will never be the same in Ambazonia. Their slave boy Biya has ran out of options and is now between a rock and a hard place as the free monies for him to use to enslave Ambazonians is soon going to evaporate.
