Joint statement by Akoson Pauline, Mark Bareta and Tapang Ivo Tanku

Freedom Fighters,

Are you running with us in this historic race for the restoration of our lost statehood?

I hope you are – because WE know that together, WE can take on the entire gangster regime and WIN the state of Southern Cameroons on the dialogue table.

On February 11, 2017, we killed 11 February and buried it that same day. It was the biggest boycott victory we ever recorded, thanks to your collaboration. However, the grave has been opened and we want to seal it once again and completely.

11 February 2018 must not be celebrated across the entire Southern Cameroons. We had planned for this several weeks ago and certain precautionary measures should be revealed to the public to prevent a La Republique-sponsored bloodbath:

1. The Cameroons have become completely lawless and La Republique’s terrorists called soldiers are taking advantage of the lawless state. We have unimpeachable Intel that La Republique du Cameroun forces may cause havoc as they did Friday in Bamenda in their quest to disarm restoration forces and their activities. This will lead to serious pandemonium with deleterious effects. Kindly note that their terrorists are broke and very hungry as reported in most French Cameroun newspapers. Therefore, they might exert such anger again on our people on February 11, 2018.

2. The United Nations Center for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) recently visited Southern Cameroons. Their report, although weak, confirmed that they are investigating the barbarism meted against Southern Cameroons. Boycotting February 11, 2018, shows our resolve and dissatisfaction with this gangster regime and its unitary system. For this reason, boycott 11 February and we shall win our case completely. Let us show the UN that we are one and united against the dubious unitary system of La Republique du Cameroon.

3. Already, tension is high across several key towns in Southern Cameroons. La Republique du Cameroun terrorists have upgraded from shooting civilians to beheading them on camera. They have engaged in such demonic practices for ritual purposes ahead of the upcoming 2018 banned elections. Let your kid not be among their victims.

4. Akoson Pauline, Mark Berata and Tapang Ivo Tanku are all youths below 35. We strongly share your pains and we feel the pinch of the gangster regime. We appeal directly to the majority youths who need a solution. The first solution would be to coffin 11 February 2018, as per the new Southern Cameroons laws.

Once again, stay safe, stay at home, stay alive. Even the US Embassy Yaounde has warned its U.S. citizens against travelling to the Southern Cameroons during this hostile and volatile period. We believe they have a better Intel. We are told there shall be sporadic gunshots on the eve of February 11. The gunshots shall last at least 48 hours. When you hear gunshots, immediately lie flat on the ground because our self-defence forces shall fully engage the terrorists.

  1. Dear Southern Cameroonians, the battle ahead is tough. lets stop picking soft targets. Sonara is pomping petrol. CDC is exporting stuff. We are paying taxes to the colonial government. Why do we stop our children from going to school?
