La Republique Banned Senatorial Elections Costing Its Officials.
BaretaNews has been reliable informed that the government of Paul Biya has taken a different move to organise the banned elections in Ambazonia. This means that while Ambazonians are thinking that Senatorial elections will hold on Sunday, 25th March, 2018 in Ambazonia, SDO, DOs not even ELECAM officials are busy clandestinely moving around especially in hot areas conducting elections. La Republique should be aware that Ambazonians now know and any councillor engaging in this is doing so on his or her own peril. The repercussions may be grave not only on day of elections but going forward.
So what exactly happened in Lebialem is that, the SDO took a delegation and went to a community called Esoh-Atah to conduct Senatorial elections. The elections have been conducted in that community already. He was on his way to Menji being very happy to report back to the colonial government. Unfortunately for him, the very people who voted leaked out information to the restoration forces. Restoration forces who had earlier warned against such election and declared that Lebialem is an Ambazonia territory and la Republique has no business in the land, group themselves in different areas and confronted the SDO delegation. The ballot boxes were all seized. Now, look at the unfortunate situation which has happened. The SDO is having gun wounds on the head and at critical condition, one delegate and three gendarmes gone six feet already. The SDO did not only violate laws of the land of Ambazonia, he violated international moral ethics and its own Cameroun laws by organising clandestine elections without their own Electoral body, ELECAM.
This incident in Lebialem goes to tell all those administrators trying to organise banned elections, all councillors and those persons running as senators that , their actions are a provocation to the thousands of Ambazonians as refugees both internally and externally displaced. An insult to the dozens burnt alive in communities, an insult to those who have lost their homes to fire burns as a result of forces loyal to Biya, an insult to dozens shot dead and killed since December 2016, an insult to the hundreds in La Republique jails and a big insult to the entire people of Southern Cameroons and to this God ordained revolution. These persons must be aware that the people shall rise against them because they are a direct enemy to the people of Southern Cameroons-Ambazonia
