What Happened in Idabato Bakassi While the internet was away

Accept greetings from Idabato Bakassi,Mr Mark let me begin by introducing myself.My name is( Withheld),I am a native of Balondo from Ekondo Nene but I reside in Idabato Bakassi and Fishing is my Occupation. While the internet was off, Mr Tchiroma the Minister of Communication, Minister Rene Sadi,Mr Peter Mafani Mosunge, the Chairman of SCDP Cameroun,the SDO for Ndian Division and some white men from Italy made 3 visits within February and March in the Bakassi area. They had several meetings with us the people residing in that area and making fake promises as usual telling us about tarring our roads as if we even have one,building us schools and a University for Petrochemical Studies and lot more of their lies meanwhile the white men were carrying out ground work of how to start extracting the oil as soon as possible without any delay and as I write,their equipment are set for the extractions any time from now and they have started constructing camps for those white workers to live while extracting.

Mr Tchiroma said One Mr Buh Hubert and Mr Bobga Harmony of North West Region is making illegal arrangement with oil companies from US to come and start the extraction of the oil in the Bakassi Penisular.They also said we should never listen or even read from you Mr Mark,Tapang Ivo,Cho Ayaba,Akwanga Ebenezer, Achire Belmondo,Akosson Pauline etc that you all are extremists said Mr Tchiroma. They began sharing 10.000frs per person of the the total number of people who attended that gathering so I got up and opposite Mr Tchiroma and I told him we are not hungry and we don’t need their money,let them leave us alone.Mr Tchiroma orders the men of the BIR to beat me up,attached to this mail is a copy of my picture that was taken on the 3rd after the beating at our local clinic in Idabato Bakassi.

After the beating,Mr Tchiroma told everyone at the gathering that the same thing can happen to them if they don’t abide and cooperate with the government and the number of BIR’S was increased immediately in the Bakassi area.Almost everywhere now is full with BIR of La Republique. The BIR’s who speak only French are sexually abusing our children and our women if should we try to fight back,we shall be beating like snake.
Mr Mark we know you have means to contact international Bodies like UN,AU and many orders please let them know that here in the Bakassi Penisular we are living in fear and like we are in Prison.Majority of the Nigerian Fishermen that live here has flee for their lives back to their country.

Mr Biya and his gangster Regime claim that Bakassi is part of Cameroon meanwhile we don’t receive Radio and TV signals,should we tune our radios we shall receive Radio Malabo and TVGE Malabo TV channel respectively.Thanks to FACEBOOK that we can know what is happening in the world and in Cameroon respectively.It is through facebook we get informations about ghost town and I can confirm that we respect ghost town here perfectly.
