The colonial Police Commission of Muea, a locality of Buea Sub County, Christoher Tavisong, alongside another close aide, Agha Christopher, have been arrested. They were picked up in Mile 16, Bolifamba, Sunday June 10 2018, in what is now regarded as the most dramatic arrest of the century.

Reports say Christopher and his friend left Muea for a yet to be known destination in Mile 16. In a twinkle of the eye, the two were bundled and carted away by yet to allegedly forces loyal to the restoration of the Statehood of Ambazonia.

Sources say Christopher Tavisong is noted for harassing Ambazonians on Muea. According to information gathered, he also masterminded the brutal torture of Common Law Lawyers in 2016, as well as dozens of arbitrary arrests in that locality. All of that plus, his provocative utterances levied against Ambazonians, could suspected to be the cause of his arrest.

It should be noted that the arrested commissioner is from the Western Region of CameroUn. Meanwhile, his friend, Agah Christopher, is from Beba village, in the Northern Zone of Ambazonia.

The arrest comes amidst serious raids carried out by Camerounese forces in the homes of Ambazonians in Muea, Mile 16, and Wotutu. Those raids left to the abduction of several innocent Ambazonians.

In a related development, the Branch Manager of Les Brasseries du Cameroun in Muyuka, still in Fako has also been arrested, Sunday June 10, 2018 for refusing to respect the ban on Brasseries products that have been termed contraband. Meanwhile, days ago, General Elokobi’s sibling from Mambo village in Upper Banyang still in Manyu Division was arrested, given an embargo before being released.
