Fierceful Confrontation Leaves University of Bamenda-UBa Students In Pains

Calm is gradually returning in Bambili, Northern Zone of Ambazonia after deafening fire exchange left students of the University of Bamenda stranded.
Around 11:30 am Wednesday October 30, a clash between Ambazonian Fighters and French Cameroun military brought lectures to a premature end.
The helpless students who were trapped in different lecture halls lay on the floor in other to avoid being targeted by stray bullets.
The open fire confrontation which lasted for nearly 20 minutes necessitated the abrupt closure of economic activities; most of which were of roadside vendors and documentation owners.
A source in the institution told BaretaNews that few students were injured in the course of the battle.
It is not the first time that horrifying gunshots are being heard in the University premises.
On Tuesday October 22 when studies were due to commence for the 2019/2020 academic year, some brave restoration fighters at the area announced their presence in a shorting exercise that lasted for over 10 minutes.
Pro-independence fighters have said school will only be resume after independence, given that the colonial army of La Republique du Cameroun cannot oversee the security of the Ambazonian children.
