Breaking News: BIYA Sends Top Generals to ‘Negotiate’ With AYAH Paul Abine @ SED
* Jean Baptiste BOKAM, General Elokobi Daniel and six highly placed colonels visit with AYAH at his tiny air-tight room at the Secrétariat d’État à la Défense (SED). Excerpts of their discussions below
A junior francophone gendarmerie officer at the Secrétariat d’État à la Défense (SED) – where Chief Justice AYAH Paul is being kept – has confided in me that the national gendarmerie boss, Jean Baptiste BOKAM (AYAH Paul’s classmate at Government Bilingual Grammar School Man O War Bay, Victoria), Gendarmerie General Elokobi Daniel (AYAH’s ‘small’ at the same institution), a sea of top colonels and tens and tens of junior gendarme officers including captains and lieutenants of BIYA’s military paid AYAH a ‘courtesy visit’ yesterday Monday March 13, 2017 @ about 2:00 PM. My source begs not to be named .. he was outside AYAH’s room but overheard the whole discussion. Tolli dey!
First, they told Justice AYAH Paul that they were there for a courtesy call and seized the opportunity to ask him, ‘what he needed’. AYAH replied that personally, he needed nothing. And that what he badly wanted the Biya regime to do was that they MUST first of all release AGBOR BALLA, Fontem Neba, Mancho Bibixy and all others unlawfully arrested; demilitarise the Southern Cameroons, restore internet and engage in constructive dialogue at the round table.
Secondly, in the course of their discussion, AYAH asked the generals who ordered for his arrest which is against the law. He went further to lecture them on their own laws of La Republique du CameroUn. He elaborately quoted from the Criminal Procedure Code and the Penal Code of La Republique du CameroUn. They smartly dodged the question and instead begged him to stop talking about federation. AYAH thundered with a respond that left them flabbergasted: AYAH said, it was on the ticket of PAP that he ran for 2011 presidentials. He frequently espoused the importance of a federation. Why was he not arrested then? He said, other francophone politicians and even anglophones harp on federalism every day on TV, but wonders why they too are not being arrested.
AYAH did not forget to tell them that he knew their initial plan was to kill him but they failed. And since after they failed, they now are only trying to play nice. He insisted that he will never ever stop speaking the truth!
Please, share this post a million times over so that the octogenarian Paul BIYA will know that AYAH’s position has not changed. The crumb-picking generals shouldn’t go report something else!
My Comment: It’s just about a week since AYAH’s lawyers filed for habeas corpus. Habeas corpus is a recourse in law whereby a person can report an unlawful detention or imprisonment before a court, usually through a prison official. For 52 days and counting, these guys did not know they could pay AYAH a courtesy call. AYAH’s arrest without warrant, without due process, without having been formally charged is a crime. The knowledgeable and clever argument himself and his lawyer have put forward is currently embarrassing Biya’s very dull ‘legal squad’. They have no other option but to sue for peace. I hope that they take AYAH’s words to their master Paul Biya without adulterating any!
I was privy to be with AYAH Paul, my husband, Akoson A. Raymond @ and some journalists the night of his attempted arrest. He gave us some gists about his youthful years with General Elokobi Daniel , the head of SED and Jean Baptiste BOKAM, the Secretary of State in the Ministry of Defence in Charge of the National Gendarmerie. He said General Elokobi was his ‘small’ at school. He stopped bigger boys from bullying him… but today, he is surprised that, without due process, Elokobi connives with illegality to dump he (AYAH) in jail. BOKAM on the other hand was AYAH’s classmate. On that same night, AYAH placed a call to Elokobi several times with no respond. He succeeded to get through to BOKAM who claimed he didn’t know anything about plans to arrest AYAH.
AKOSON
From a federalist to an ‘independentist’. The Southern Cameroons MUST be free!

Our government is not serious. I wonder if they have reasonings. You can not eat your cake ? and have it again. Ayah Paul, is wiser than the government because he shows signs of reasoning and a better one for that matter. They must finish what they started with Ayah Paul. Thank you Daddy for your courage. Be strong and know that God is with you. Thanks!
