An African Union mission visiting Washington D.C. have publicly condemned President Trump’s ”shithole countries” comments. They expressed their ”shock, dismay and outrage” and drew the conclusion the US administration misunderstood African countries.
Having allegedly made those comments during a follow up a bipartisan meeting with lawmakers Thursday, the US leader has denied using those words though he claims the discussions were ”tough”. A position which has been backed by two Republican senators who attended the same White House meeting.
The African Union, a pan-African group of 55 member states which came into existence as an offshoot of the Organization of African Unity- founded during the 1960s era of decolonization, has for the first time woke up from its slumber. It states that those ”remarks dishonour the celebrated American creed and respect for diversity and human dignity”.
They went further ahead saying “While expressing our shock, dismay and outrage, the African Union strongly believes that there is a huge misunderstanding of the African continent and its people by the current Administration. There is a serious need for dialogue between the US Administration and the African countries.”
While the AU could be commended for joining in the political fallout of President Trump’s comments and going to extra mile in demanding an apology, it’s rather unfortunate that the same organization with its headquarters in Addis Ababa have been quite mute concerning the many atrocities across the continent. The clampdown on protests, heavy-handed used by government forces to quell uprising and demonstrations, internet blockade fast becoming the new normal by oppressive regimes to frustrate opposing voices, jailing of their political rivals across the continent. Should the AU is to be taken seriously as the voice of reason, they shouldn’t shield repressive regimes from their brutality.
Donald Trump’s ”shithole countries” profanity could have been decorum not befitting of the office which he holds, that doesn’t necessarily make his remarks any less true. It’s time for the 55 member countries of the African continent to see how they can restore their dignity and begin to command global respect.

African Union is quick to condemn Trump but hesitate to condemn and STOP the destruction of Ambasonia by france and her surrogate, la republique du cameroun. Let AU know the way they treat Ambasonia necessitates the US to refer them as such. How can biya of all, continue to kill innocent Ambasonians while the AU looks the other way and quickly condemns another person. AU should clean their own house. Ambasonians don’t have a country to return to because of biya and his thugs of death on the impoverished people of Ambasonia. Let it be made known that france and biya’s will pay for this one way or the other. AU should, if they are serious, immediately address the killing in Ambasonia by france and biya’s regime.

How can African leaders dare to complain of Trump when they are the perpetuators of the plethora of negative stereotype of Africans Worldwide. These same African leaders come to the west and receive monies earmarked for various development project in their various countries and then turn around and solicit the expertise of western scammers notably the french leeches and the swiss chameleon as to how to embezzle these funds and hoard them in banks in Europe.
Ambazonians have been fighting one of the most demonic political system the African continent has ever seen for over fifty-seven years (>57 years)and counting yet few leaders in Africa have express their total outrage at Biya.
Like most African leaders, this low life call Biya had his daughter Brenda, who was just 19 years old in June 2016 living in a 7,119 Sq. ft. mansion with no one else but three dogs. This was a “3-story gated modern estate located on 505 N. Elm St. Beverly Hills, CA,U.S.A with open space for the ultimate entertainer and cost $26,000.00 a month for rent or 13,000.000 CFA FRANCS(thirteen million CFA FRS) a month.
Where was the outrage from the AU for this type of reckless behavior from one of their own in a country where there a no major infrastructure, electricity supply is unreliable, water supply is questionable, the healthcare system is a hazard to the health of the people and most University graduates are jobless and have to live Africa only to end up as modern day slaves in Libya or dead in the Mediterranean sea.
Charity begins at home. Until the AU will start to unmask and shame most of the pseudo African leaders who spend their time fostering the agenda of Europeans at the detriment of Africans, we will continue to be at the receiving end of the scorn and ridicule of others.
Luckily, Ambazonians have declared their steadfastness to be free of the mischief of the french leeches that is being champion by their slave boy in the person of Biya.
That is the point.
And I don’t think they have the brains or courage to face it.
AFRICAN UNION is a shithole organisation and this is why:
1)it depends on European union 70% for its running hence it cannot stand against European exploitation policies and destruction of African economy.
2) it stays quite in front of major dictatorial oppressions in collaboration with western destructive agendas in Africa: Ivory Cost, Lybia, all French colonised countries, expoitation and destruction of DRC, supporting bad governance and dictatorial regimes such as that of Cameroon,….
3) incapable of having a voice as a permanent seat at the UN which is represented by all continents except Africa.
The AU is a shithole organisation with shithole leaders so let them stop complaining. nonsense
