Newly installed president of Zimbabwe, Emerson Mnangagwa delivers his state of the nation address in the country’s Parliament. The first since his inauguration.

He laid emphasis and collective effort to revamp the country’s economy. The occasion sets the stage to outline the plan of action by the government under his leadership.  He used the opportunity to thank the military for their support and action which led to his ascension.

It was on Monday when the military withdrew their control of the capital Harare and back to the barracks.
