Justice Ayah Paul Abine Calls for All Anglophon Conference (AAC) 111, Cautions against an impending 2nd John Ngu Foncha

Retired Chief Justice Ayah Paul Abine, one of the Southern Cameroons bones in the throat of La Republique du Cameroon has raised an alarm of a 2nd Foumban Conference in the hatchery, with probably a 2nd Foncha too (this time a self or LRC appointed) already in possession of working documents without the knowledge of the general Southern Cameroons people and stakeholders.

In a post on his Facebook page, the learned and highly persecuted Justice proposed the need for an All Anglophones Conference (AAC) 3 where Southern Cameroonians at home and abroad can collectively decide who their leaders and representatives to any sing-song dialogue table with LRC are. This according to Ayah is to ensure inclusivity and avoid a repeat of La Republique’s mafia and the mistakes of John Ngu Foncha who was in possession of the draft of the so called Foumban Constitution before the conference without the knowledge of other members of the Southern Cameroons delegation. Ayah cautions that if we should allow the selfish so-called elites in connivance with LRC to decide who represents the general people of Southern Cameroons, then we are on our way to extinction as a people, as such a second Foumban Conference may be worse than the first.

An analysis of Ayah’s alarm and the repeated coded cautions of the Chairman of the Governing Council, Sissiku Ayuk Tabe, to the entire people of Southern Cameroons in his yesterday’s address to the people, need no further investigation to tell us that some surrogates of LRC and egoistic political relevance seeking Southern Cameroonians are scheming to sell Ambazonians into slavery again for 30 pieces of silver. This can never work. Not in this 21st century and the information age. Not when the youthful generation are in charge of this revolution. It will be a highly and extended generational suicide mission for any fellow to think that s/he can unilaterally and Nicodemusly decide the destinies of 8 million Ambazonians, some of whom have made the ultimate sacrifices with their own blood just to free the homeland.

Looking at Ayah’s calls for an AAC 111, is there any need for such at this level of the revolution? Does anybody still doubt what the majority people of Ambazonia want at this juncture of the struggle? Is any one still in doubt as to the true representatives or leaders of these majority voices? With the current level of LRC’s desperation to retained control of Ambazonia, how secured are the lives of the revolutionary leadership and the vocal diaspora in case of any AAC 3 in an occupied and genocidal terrain?

As the Chairman of the Governing Council has said repeatedly, the Southern Cameroons/Ambazonia team has been ready for dialogue and those who constitute this team have been repeatedly made public. Any negotiations with La Republique du Cameroon shall be focused on the terms of peaceful separation and good neighbourliness as two nations. To be fair to the Federalists and Unionists, the Southern Cameroons team shall not obstruct a referendum that gives every Southern Cameroonian the opportunity to decide his/her destiny based on two negotiated options of Federation or Restoration of Independence (Even though there is no need for another referendum, considering the FAKE status of the Union with LRC).

Southern Cameroonians are watching the so-called elites and any other self seeking leader very closely. Those who plan to betray this movement should think again, for there shall be grave consequences. The people of Ambazonia shall not hesitate to sacrifice traitors for their freedom. People have shed their blood and their ghosts are hovering around Ambazonia thirsty for freedom. Others have acquired indelible disabilities and only freedom can heal the cars. Families have lost love ones forever and only freedom can fill the vacuums of these loses. Let those who have eyes and ears, see, read and hear, to tell those who cannot see, read and hear that the RESTORATION OF THE INDEPENDENCE OF SOUTHERN CAMEROONS HAS BEEN DECLARED AND SHALL BE DEFENDED TO ENSURE THAT THE LAST VESTIGES OF THE OCCUPIER ARE OUSTED AND HOMELAND COMPLETELY FREE.

THE TASK OF TODAY

Ayah Paul Abine has never missed an opportunity to caution that the “Second Foumban” may be worse that the “First Foumban”. And I mean it!

I bet that, as of now, the Anglophones are in a position most awkward. What do the majority of the people want? What proofs do we have in that regard? How ready are we to defend that position? Who are our leaders? Are they persons of integrity?

Let me be categorical that our survival as a people depends on the choice of our leaders by OURSELVES; and on the social contract that those leaders are accountable to us. Anything short of this is suicidal and a catastrophe.

If the government or the ordinary Camerounese, by hue and cry, or through influence-peddling, should decide who to talk on our behalf, I am afraid we are on the way to extinction.

I want to REPEAT that those claiming to lead us today should call AAC 111 before the sing-song “DIALOGUE” takes root. AAC 111 will enable us to determine by OURSELVES who our leaders are; hear fellow-Cameroonians in the diaspora; give thought to, and, why not, include their stance in the agenda of the “Second Foumban”.

Such inclusiveness will bind everyone in the eventual conclusions as Cameroonians in the diaspora will have been heard, if only indirectly. That is the meaning of finding lasting solutions to the “root cause”.

Again, time is of essence absolutely! Not more than a week from this day! The second “Foncha” should not lead us to the DIALOGUE table with empty hands months after receiving the “working papers” and “boxing” same exclusively.

Let it not be said tomorrow that Ayah did not raise alarm again and again. I have some inkling and I fully know what I am talking about.

In the general interest ONLY!

  1. Justice Ayah Paul, posterity shall be the judge because you have sacrifice so much for this struggle against overwhelming threat to your life and yet you have refused to stand down. God will guide and protect you so that like others, you will continue to sound the alarms especially as traitors in our communities are clamoring for their own thirty pieces of silver from the genocidal etoudi criminal syndicate.

  2. We hear you clearly sir.

And yes, we are not going to allow another Foumban, not even over our death bodies.

They have done everything they could and we have not even started our game. We unbelievably survive not only phase one of this struggle, but also from what we are now clear seeing, phase two is going to be an even more massive success than phase one.

No amount of oppression, killings, terror, bribery, intimidation, is ever going to make us give up our Federal Republic of Ambazonia.

Glory and thanks to our mighty creator.

  3. Today Justice, for your age and age only, I greet and show you respect as an elder. However, I am saddened by the fact that you fail to see the hand writing on the wall and have condescended so low to be beating the drums for a new FUMBAN in the guise of caution against one. Know that;

    1. There can never ever be another Foumban, whether you use the name Foumban figuratively or not. There shall not be an AAC 3 either. Southern Cameroons Ambazonians are a people and are not identified through the eyes of a language, as used in your (All Anglophones Conference). Not in the current dispensation.

    2. If you do not know what the majority of Southern Cameroonians want, ask the Secretary General of your party Mr. Akoson.

    3. If you do not know who the leaders of Southern Cameroons are, ask your family members and go into some deep research to find out the people who, day in day out were coordinating Southern Cameroonians to raise their voices and resources for your release from prison,

    4. If you do not know who the leaders of Southern Cameroons are, revisit all the respect for effective ghost towns and boycotts of schools and courts to find out those who ordered them in spite government’s demands for the contrary.

    5. If your do not know what Majority of Southern Cameroonians want and who their leaders are, revisit September 22nd 2017 and 1st October 2017. Sir, do not be the doubting Thomas.

I hesitated saying the following at the beginning of this comment, but I think I should actually conclude by saying what I hesitated saying from the start. If you are able to retrieve genuine answers to all what I have just said and still want to talk about an AAC 3, then you are actually the new Foumban and the new Foncha La Republique is preparing.

    1. Ambe Kenneth, you have articulated my mind in precise detail. He said in one of his tv appearances on equinox after he was released that Dr. Munzu is doing something that if he is given an opportunity to be part of he will be more than happy to give his contribution. Now, he is doubling down on it cunningly.

      Thank you my brother

    2. This Ayah man is married to a damn francophone camerounese foreigner. Son of bitch! You should have better married an Igbo lady. Nyam! Sisiku Tabe already resyored our independence and it is just a matter of time before we take the struggle to the next level. You, Paul Ayah and Balla: Do you even pay citizenship levy? Why don’t you and Balla run as Ben Muna’s VP # 1 & 2. Or, at least, joint ministers of food affairs. o sleep!

  4. Personally this is a trap to kill important people within the struggle, so manyCs young live have been killed by biya,Ayah is a pensioner, he is still alive, that so called Foumban is a past, bad history, this struggle today is the future, sending a clear, strong message to erase Biya and his colonial regime from our land and soil, any talk must be outside Cameroon as stated by our trust worthy Governing council who we take orders from, not lrc, those so called SCs corrupt, greedy, slum elites blacklegs are on their own, the have no respect nor authority to speak for the many True SCs in this struggle, they are voiceless colonial slaves serving the dotage, colonial master, promoting malpractices of bribery, corruption, embezzlement, killings and torture, who do they want to dialogue on behalf of?lrc is the number one enemy, there is never going to be trust or unity in biya and the clown lrc, biya the arrogant butcher had the audacity to pay foreign troops to kill and torture people from SCs instead of dialogue, then waste money which could be used to sweep the dirty country bribing individuals, shameful old dictator who for 56 years has promoted bribery, corruption, embezzlement in all civil service departments turning the country in to a slum banana republic!the country has about 2% slum, crook elite, 98% impoverish voiceless population, the many true freedom fighters are more than those elites, biya and his puppet regime will never succeed to kill the spirit of this struggle even with all the bribe money he loaned from IMF as development Funds, it will soon run out leaving the country dry!!wicked, evil wimp, hiding in nice foreign country built by politicians with vision

  5. leaders think of those in jail, those killed, the poor parents crying at home. don’t you guys have a conscience?? it’s like u started this fight without a plan n Dats why pple are dying. see pity those in jail n act fast n stop the talk, talk, talk it’s time for actions n few words

  6. With all due respect to Justice Ayah Paul, I think I should tell him that the composition of a dialogue team to represent us Southern Cameroons is the least of his worries. We are no longer in 1961. Everybody today is wiser and more informed than those in 1961. But the most important question is this – Is the Republic of Cameroun willing to dialogue with us? Mark you that in 1961 it was not by accident that there was no dialogue and thus no agreement with us. If Ahidjo had entered into dialogue with us an agreement would have resulted which would have bound them to live with us Southern Cameroons according to that agreement. So they avoided dialogue It is deja vu all over again. They are trying to skip dialogue for that same reason. But since we are no longer 1961 we cannot let them have it that way again. The Republic of Cameroun is pretending that they don’t believe we are a separate entity from them. They want to ignore Resolution 1608 whose statutes of limitation is yet to expire since it has never been applied as required by the UNGA.So It was not the incompetence of Foncha or anybody else. It was the absence of an agreement. But now how will we get them to the negotiation table? Only the UN can do that by insisting that the root cause of the disturbances must be looked into which is all embedded in Resolution 1608. Here if The Republic of Cameroun refuses that, both the UN and AU will threaten to accept membership applications from The Southern Cameroons restored government. And remember that Mr Biya is refusing something that Mr Ahidjo accepted in 1961 – the sovereignty the Southern Cameroons. He is thus violating a UN decision. It was the UN that gave the Southern Cameroons its autonomy before the plebiscite. That is why our government is a restored government and not a newly created one. This time around if it ever takes place dialogue will be cered on one single topic dissolving the illegal union. So what specials expertise or s will that need for anybody to be concerned about betrayal?

  7. The same God who brought the Israelites out has taken us out. He does not need support from any world’s body. We have crossed the red sea. Looking up to the pillar of cloud and of fire through the fearful wilderness but surely entering the promise land. Thank you Lord. This is what I care about.
