Invisible Ambazonian Restoration Forces Kill 20 Colonial Forces in Midnight Attack; As Angry Gendarmes Kill 5 Civilian Detainees in Frustration

The early hours of Friday 8th December, 2017, witnessed a bloody clash in Mamfe, Manyu County of Southern Cameroons/Ambazonia between Invisible Ambazonian Restoration Forces and the occupational forces of La Republique du Cameroun (LRC) at a Gendarmerie Post. Confirmed and highly placed source told BaretaNews that Mamfe denizens witnessed what has never been seen in the history of the revolutionary struggle for the restoration of the independence of Southern Cameroons/Ambazonia.

According to our source, which was corroborated by an audio evidence, the number of gun shots that rained the air could only be compared to that often experienced by residents of Baghdad. We are told that unidentified men known as the Ambazonian Restoration forces swept through Mamfe town to Besongabang, shooting and shouting in a celebration tone … “Ambazonia Oyee… Ambazonia Oyee”, after attacking the Gendarmerie Post.

As an aftermath of the shootings, reports confirmed that about 12 Yaoundé colonial forces were sent to the world beyond and the restoration forces made away with a Gendarmerie Hilux. 11 gendarmes, 3 police and 6 members of the BIR were also reported to be seriously wounded and currently at the Mamfe District Hospital. Other local media houses in the Cameroons like Equinox tv reported 12 colonial soldiers death, while the state run propaganda channel CRTV, reported 1 soldier dead.

Worthy of note is the fact that the Friday 8th clashes were different from those during the day, as an undisclosed number of colonial forces were said to have been killed after their gun boat was ambushed at the Manyu River by the same unidentified forces. It is reported that the dead casualties on the part of the colonial forces since yesterday afternoon stands at least 20 soldiers.

Out of their frustration and inability to get down any of the unidentified forces, the colonial forces of LRC reportedly shot and killed five civilians . BaretaNews obtained from ground sources that after the successful midnight attack, the Gendarme officers who survived the shootings got furious, and in their anger, brought out the detainees whom they claimed the attackers came to rescue, got them well molested before shooting them to death in order to brandished their dead bodies before the world as the assailants.

Truly to this, LRC agents have been parading the images of the dead civilians on social media as “secessionists terrorists ” brought down by their military in Ambazonia. BaretaNews argues that, if the detainees executed by the frustrated Gendarmes were actually the secessionist terrorists as they called them, their weapons should have been brandished beside them. But that was not the case. We saw citizens with torn dresses and gun shot wounds, indicating that they had been severely tortured before being summarily executed. Only mad “terrorists” will go to attack a military post with their bare hands. Photos of massacred civilians cannot be brandished with claims that they are secessionist terrorists, without proves of their collection of arms.

BaretaNews sources in Mamfe kept the story consistent and straight. The world must verify such propaganda reports of the colonial government from independent sources before believing them. such multiple independent reports from journalists, hospital staff and eye witnesses say over 20 LRC soldiers were sent six feet and 5 civilians were massacred in their frustration.

BaretaNews wishes to remind the colonial government of LRC and her agents that, they have not defeated Boko Haram in the North and the aggressive Seleka Rebels from the CAR in the East. these wars haven’t ended yet. They were swift to negotiate with Boko Haram, an Islamic terrorists group originating from Nigeria, and they even went as far as paying ransoms to the group worth millions of dollars. These are criminals unknown to anybody. On the contrary, Southern Cameroonians, their own supposed citizens, rose up with genuine grievances and questioned their status as full citizens of a so called country; but they turn around to declare war on them, labelling them terrorists, maiming and killing hundreds and expects the citizens to be clapping?

Since, they (the colonial regime) believes in a military solution to a political problem, let’s see who wins at the end of the fight.
