Oku Colonial Soldiers Molest, Detained Over 40

Inhabitance of Oku, a village in Bui division of Ambazonia’s Northern Zone has been in pain after over 40 young men were forcefully rounded up from their homes.

Sources say the incident which occurred recently was revenge on the local population who colonial soldiers claim are supporting activities of restoration forces.

According to local media reports, colonial soldiers invaded Oku and rounded up over 40 Youth, labeling them as Ambazonian fighters.

The unarmed civilians would later be several tortured before being detained in an unknown location.

Following the unfortunate incident, residents of Oku have been worried as they wonder about the whereabouts of the over 40 ordinary citizens.
