It’s now official. BaretaNews has just learned that all confessional schools in Fako County are calling in parents to come take their children. Catholic, Presbyterian and Baptist schools have already sent text messages to parents to come collect their children latest tomorrow, tuesday 15th May 2018. This is coming as the conflict in Anglophone Cameroon otherwise known as Ambazonia escalates to arm struggle.

It should be recalled that according to La Republique official school calender, schools were supposed to closed on Friday 8th June.

Southern Cameroons Restoration Forces had earlier on littered Fako with tracks calling on schools to shut down before they make their invasion into Buea, capital city of Southern Cameroons cum Ambazonia.

Worthy to mention that, this is coming at a time the Southern Cameroons liberation movements have all called for the boycott or non celebration of 20th May, a supposed national day in the Cameroons. According to Southern Cameroonians, they see this day as a day of enslavement shred in illegality. According to them, this day was the beginning of the so called Anglophone problem amd the current foundation of the ongoing war in the Cameroons between government troops and separatists forces.
